WELCOME!
Photography has been a consistent part of my life. I grew up with a darkroom in my house and have always had a love of taking photos. When I traveled to Australia for a summer in high school, my parents sent me with a 35mm Pentax camera and 6 rolls of film — it was as important as a warm sweater and good shoes.
For the past 10 years, I have been building upon a foundation that was set early in my life. I am constantly working to improve my photography through online classes and workshops at Maine Media Workshops. Every time I get behind my camera, I aim to capture human emotion and connection - it’s what keeps me inspired.
Children and babies are my favorite subjects to photograph. I love the challenge of a toddler and the tiny toes of a newborn.
I live in the seaside town of Swampscott, Massachusetts, with my husband, two busy girls and a sweet golden retriever named Frankie.

Danielle (newborn photos): "I wish I could rate Anna 100 stars, she is that phenomenal. She did our newborn photo shoot and words can't describe how wonderful the photos were, the way she captured my daughter was just incredible. I look for reasons to call Anna to have her come take pictures, every event, every holiday, Anna is the only one we will ever use."
Rachel (newborn photos and yearly family photos since 2015): "We have hired Anna multiple times to photograph our family. One was a newborn shoot of my daughter and another six months later of our family. We have been thrilled with all the photos Anna has captured. She is a very talented photographer and her personality and approach with her clients makes her the perfect person to work with. She is patient, kind, gentle, and fun. She is a mother herself, so she gets how to interact with kids. My 3.5 year-old son loves her! I highly recommend Anna, and know we will be hiring her again in the future!"
Haley (newborn photos): "We couldn't be happier we went with Anna for our newborn shoot! Anna took the most beautiful photos of our new family and I am so grateful to have the album for years to come. It was so hard to chose which ones we liked the best since there were so many amazing shots to choose from. The way Anna designed the scenes, lighting and poses was all so natural for us, which made the photo shoot fun and carefree. She completely understood what we wanted and captured who we are.
On top of her talent, Anna was absolutely wonderful to work with and so good with our little girl! I can't wait to work with her again!!"
Julie (yearly family photos since 2015): "We hired Anna to do some family photos to use for a holiday card. We wanted something outside and not too staged. We gave Anna a cold day, and a very cranky toddler, she gave us gorgeous natural light, an upbeat and professional demeanor, and ultimately photos I treasure. She made me pretty, but bigger than that she captured essence. The spunk in my daughter's eye. The wonder in her quiet moments. The deep love she shares with her Daddy. Priceless. We love you, Anna girl!"
Amy (family photos): "We hired Anna to do a family photo shoot and we are so happy with how the pictures turned out! She suggested a great location and was wonderful with our boys who are both at challenging ages (3 & 1). Excited to work with her again! Thank you, Anna!"
Joanna (family photos, corporate head shots, restaurant scenes, since 2012): "Anna has become our "go-to" photographer. We started with holiday photos of our children, and shortly after asked her to take head shots of all our business' managers. She was a pro in both situations, not only putting our kids at ease, but our managers, as well! Both sets of photos came out beautifully with a good amount of variety. She has the ability to highlight the best features in her photographs. We've hired her again and again...shooting our restaurant's interior, food, staff, etc. If we need a photo taken, either personally or professionally, we wouldn't call anyone else. Thanks, Anna!"
